Ahmed Al Hosani is the new up and coming star singer of the UAE. His velvety baritone voice has thrilled audiences in the UAE and overseas with standing ovations and cheers of admiration.

He began singing at the age of seven, and his talent was noted throughout his adolescence. He won first place in a public-school singing competition (Sharjah, 2007).

Ahmed has always felt that he could tackle the classical way of singing and therefore started to train his voice academically under professional opera singer and teacher Maestro Domenico Cannizzaro learning the art of a secure singing technique allowing him to sing more demanding pieces and build on his already impressive talent. He is also studying theory from Maestra Aurora Muratti where he has already achieved a certificate from Trinity College London.

He has performed on various occasions and events, such as The Women’s International Day event, The Retreat Palm Dubai Zee Art Exhibition opening, Sama Dubai Talent Show, Outlet Mall National Day, Sound of UAE Concert. He wowed the audience at a concert in Manarat Al Saadiyat and one of his most memorable moments was the Abu Dhabi Classics opening night at Emirates Palace Auditorium, where he performed with the Lucerne Symphony Orchestra conducted by maestro James Gaffigan. Ahmed sang the national anthem to an ecstatic applause.

He has performed solo concerts in Cairo with the Cairo Philharmonic Orchestra and in Abu Dhabi at the Al Hosn Theatre.

The audience loved the concerts and were enthusiastic in their appraisal of him with cheers and standing ovations.

Ahmed has released singles that have gone viral on social media succeeding above all expectations.

He has recently secured the role of the Mandarin in Puccini's opera Turandot which will be performed in Bulgaria with the State Opera Stara Zagora in September, 2022.

Future singing engagements include NBA in Abu Dhabi, concerts in Austria and Mexico and a live performance of Glory of the UAE in Abu Dhabi organised by the Abu Dhabi Department of Tourism and Culture.
